Marketing concepts and branding

To strengthen the market for ERA products and change consumer behavior to be more environmental friendly, BERAS Implementation has developed criteria for Diet for a Clean Baltic. These are developed through practical examples in the cookbook Diet for a Clean Baltic in Practice. Marketing concepts for ERA products that include actors in the whole food chain, including practical examples, are developed in Establishing marketing concepts and branding Diet for a Clean Baltic. Together, these publications build a good base for individual actors within the food chain to implement Diet for a Clean Baltic principles, as well as for joint action to further develop the concept.

Diet for a Clean Baltic in Practice / Östersjövänlig mat i praktiken

This cookbook explains the relations between food and the environmental status of the Baltic Sea. Building on the experiences of converting public kitchens to serve food according to Diet for a Clean Baltic the Diet Unit at Södertälje Municipality gives inspiration and practical examples how to cook to save the Baltic Sea. The booklet is designed to be used directly in the kitchen.
